There was a lot of pressure on this decision since we were looking for a very unique property and wanted it to be our last home, so it needed to be as close to perfect for us as possible. Also, the balance between selling a home in just the right amount of time to buy another one is such a delicate dance. I was an anxious mess during this time. Tina was as calm as a cucumber and so reassuring that she could get the job done and she did!
